"Sushi" is a medicinal alcohol with several kinds of crude drugs in sake and mirin. It is a New Year's celebration liquor that purifies the evil of the year, prays for the longevity of the disease, and has the wish of reviving the mind and body. Manufactured in -house distilled shochu shochu, add rice koji and rice to manufacture "book correction". Furthermore, the finest raw 酛 Junmai Daiginjozukuhara Sake has been blended and used as a base. Seven kinds of crude drugs from Mt. Koyasan were originally blended.
